A lot of old ones here, just wanted to ask about the second one with that man going after his pen over the desk. Did that really happen???? It's too stupid and crazy for any news channel and especially BBC.

It's Tim Vine (Jeremy Vine's comedic brother) so it's very probable that that happened live.

Yep - happened during a live paper review with Peter Coe. Tim Vine, whilst Jeremy's brother, is also a stand-up comedian, and now a comedy actor (he stars in "Not Going Out"). It was a very funny moment - not sure Peter quite knew what was going on, but he handled it well.
It's Tim Vine (Jeremy Vine's comedic brother) so it's very probable that that happened live.

what incident? the one where the mail is trying to turn something into a crisis when its not or the outtake from ages ago?

Has anyone read this? Click here. It's an article about Chris Eakin likening George Alagiah to a chimpanzee.

It was delightful to see Juliet Dunlop do the overnight shift this morning. A really good presenter. It's a shame they couldn't move her to a better slot.
