Also, I think you are slightly overdoing the caps now. Only post things that a are out of the ordinary, unexpected or very much noteworthy that is directly relevant to your post. Don't just do it because you can!

Yes Harry, you don't need to post a cap everytime a presenter comes on to start their shift! As aconnell said, try and restrict your capping to things that happen out of the ordinary, eg. if you ever saw the Five being presented by Moira Stuart one evening, or Lyse Doucet guest hosting Newsnight on one occasion, those would be the kind of things to cap.
