See that does make sense. I think if Huw is unavailable, they should use the news at one presenter for the five as well. It might help reduce the number of reliefs required on the five.

I am presuming Peston was in London and the presenters were in Salford for this. If so, can the 5 live presenters see the studio where Peston is?

I didn't say that it didn't make sense. I was only saying that this is something that they don't normally do. But I can understand why they would do this. Makes perfect sense really. Wink

That's not an isolated thing, they use that caption to tease ahead to Newsnight and the Daily Politics too. It looks like a JPEG image that had been stretched and has thus, become distorted.

Adam Parsons was on 8:30am shift this morning and has also been presenting business throughout the day, can't see him popping up again. Also, Chris Eakin has presented in the past hasn't he?


Adam on business this evening and Chris Eakin is doing just a one hour shift.
