For anyone missing Carrie Gracie she has a documentary on BBC2 on Monday - The Fastest Changing Place on Earth. It's part of the This World strand and airs at 7pm

This is quite interesting, a few of the sports presenters are tweeting the job advert for a sports presenter on the website: https://careers.bbc.co.uk/fe/tpl_bbc01.asp?s=sraCzFKhUsJVaXxJsp&jobid=42394,4861986182&key=58575809&c=595482347621&pagestamp=sefrkdsojptkekuakr

I wonder if now one presenter will do both World and NC sport shifts.

In other news, it's almost shocking how George Alagiah has been very regular on his own show on BBC World this year, doing most Mon - Thursdays. Shocked

Olly passing the baton to Katie Gornall, sport presenter in the next hour on NC.

It would make sense, but then why build two sets (even if only one can be operational at any one time)? And the wording suggested Amelia Harris and Karthi Gnanasegaram were focusing on World News (I wonder who will present the overnight Sports Today shifts?).

Katie Gornall's apparently on sport next hour.

And Jon & Emily are on at 2. Expect some banter with new sports presenter and the fact the sport has moved to Salford. They'll just love making that observation!

So who have they actually lost then? Lost track of sports presenters a bit but I guess Carrie Prideaux and Matt Gooderick, no mention of Amanda Davies. Jacqui Oatley has tweeted she'll do some shifts there.

You can add Celina Hinchcliffe to the list to leave as well. I wonder if after all this time Francis Collins has also gone?

Carrie Prideaux has left, so has Celina Hinchcliffe and I presume Jonathan Legard won't be doing any more bulletins. Amanda Davis was around on Saturday and no word on her leaving I don't think, so presume she might be going to Salford.

Obviously the whole move to Salford is a massive ask for anyone and they've got their partners jobs and family to consider too - but unlike with Breakfast it's not as if BBC Sport can reallocate those now wishing to move jobs in London considering they've pretty much moved lock, stock and barrel up the M6 - so in that regard surprising that so many will not be making the move.

Hadn't Francis Collings been on since News 24 launched? According to Wikipedia when Celina left last month they gave her a cake in the studio, and her, Jon Sopel and Sophie Long ate it on air. That passed me by!
