Seemed a bit daft and a waste of money on the News Channel today.
Jane Hill presented Oscar coverage from 8.30am to 10am, the Simon and Rachel where in from 10am to 11am with Mathew and Julia on from 11am.
Wouldn't it have made more sense to just get Mathew or Julia or both just to start an hour earlier??

She was on the News Channel at 8.30 too. So maybe 8.30am to 9am then 9.30 to 10am, with Simon & Rachel 9am to 9.30am and 10am to 11am.
Still seems a waste of money having two presenters esp when one was freelance.

She presented last Summer as well on a Wednesday when they had the Olympics Countdown thing and Celina Hinchcliffe was on maternity leave.
