One year anniversary of the Chile Miners story, and fitting that Tim is doing a marathon shift to coincide with the mega one he did last year. He was on the News Channel with Sue Thearle this morning. And now he's on BBC World with Mishal Husain and Lucy Hockings.

Zeinab Badawi on GMT again today, standing-in for Stephen Sackur. This is quite a good format for Zeinab. She fits well on the programme and I wonder if George Alagiah would be a better fit over on BBC World?
Although, I wouldn't like to lose Zeinab from World News Today, which is essentially my "News at Ten" in my time-zone, although in a few weeks she will move to 11pm after the clocks change.
^^ Yes, Zeniab is really a great asset for BBC. Watched her interview about hip hop in Arab world with two women and again she has the knowledge and understanding of the topic and does it all in a very laid back style.
Unusual appearance right now on BBC World. Presenting from a very orangey coloured World newsroom, which is evidently lit orange for an ongoing edition of Impact out of sight, Francis Collings, the sports presenter, is anchoring UK Reporter.
First time I've ever seen him doing a non sports programme. Wonder if they're lining him up to have a go at news reading soon?
