A bit higher profile now done from Washington, but all WNA is, is 2 30 minute bulletins that go out on some PBS stations as well as BBC World News. It's not that special or high profile. So I would certainly agree that a top presenting name is unlikely. And Matt Frei when he started WNA wasn't a high profile presenter, rather a high profile correspondent getting his first presenting job
IMHO if Mike Embley will move to Washington, he will get it, especially considering he is already established to PBS audiences, and it's a better gig than the aweful one he's had for the last few years presenting 2 bulletins on World.
