Nice to see Sophie Long on the 11am headlines today, having missed the last fifteen minutes of the 08:30-11:00 shift.

Am I right in saying Madeline Morris did this morning's NC shift, saw her in N6 at about 11.45 - maybe I was daydreaming because she was wearing some huge glasses?

Maxine Mawhinney's been on for hours today, she was on at 1pm at the earliest.

Nicholas Owen did 9-1. Maxine has been on since 1pm, unless I'm mistaken

It's reported over in the STV News thread that Juliet Dunlop is leaving BBC News to take up a newscasting role at STV Edinburgh.

Interesting choice.

That's a shame - she's better than some of the other relief presenters they have. Good choice by STV.
