From what I've gathered, he was on World pretty much all last week, then did the 630-10 and 1030-1 shifts on the NC on Friday night. Then, according to his twitter page, he must have got on board a flight to Cairo straight after finishing his late NC shift! He must have slept on the plane!

How does he do it?!?!


Tim is run by electricity therefore does not need to sleep!


There was some talk a while back about the BBC Trust funding the purchase of extra batteries for him for these exact occasions. Didn't go down well with the Tories.

She did the 6, and Huw didn't say he'd be back at 10, probably that's how it was scheduled as Sophie was on the 1 and could have done 6.

George seemed to think it was Sophie doing the 6 last night when he handed back to her.
