Right at the bottom of the hour? The perfect place for the lighter bits?

Oh, relax, for goodness' sake.

It means nothing of the damn sort.

It's Tony Husband, I think, the sports reporter/presenter for South Today

South Today Website

I should have bloody known that, living in the South. Aplogies for the mistake!

Not sure if anyone else saw this morning,

Julian Worricker presented from 1100 and seemed really good at that time of day single headed as well with lots of studio guests as well as breaking news updates dealt with no problem.

Think this was as Jane is at The Hague, I imagine Ben is there on reporting duties as well.

Also, seems like they're trialling replacements for the late slot, with Stuart, Juliet, Julian and Nick all been on recently.

Unusual for him to do two shifts rather than Tim, who's only done 2-5 so far today ... might be back for the late shift though.

You can forgive him though, he is definitely 'local', and certainly not the worst I've seen.

Well well well - Looks like Julian is doing a Tim Wilcox! He's been on News 24 since 11am (with breaks), and is back on tonight.

Tim was on World this morning from 8-11.

Slightly switching topic. I'm sure i've mentioned this before but i constantly get distracted by Huw Edwards switching from autocue to his papers constantly. He's either doing it to show that he can, in which case it's smug and annoying, or he's doing it because he can't keep up with the autocue or something. In whatever case it annoys me. I do wish he'd stop doing it! Mad Laughing

Well, Tim's well and truly returned then...8-11 on BBC World, 2-5 and 10:30-12:30 on the NC. What's the betting he'll do the early morning shift on World tomorrow? Rolling Eyes Smile

Remember the trails when Huw first moved to the Ten "Sometimes I like to throw away the script..."
