Christine Mcgourty appearing in a report on the energy prices audit - was she interviewed earlier on the channel? (Christine was previously the main science correspondent for the BBC).


yes, she was - rather awkwardly down the line from Millbank, where she was trying to demonstrate an electricity meter in what's obviously a rather cramped studio.
She's now listed as director of Energy UK.

She did it on a Sunday a few weeks ago, but I agree I think it's only the 4th or 5th time she's presented a BBC One Sunday at all during 2010!

Didn't see it, so assumed it was a non-N& CA commission. Looking at it, though, it was a Money Programme 'spin-off' so thanks for the correction.

Going back to my original point, how much current affairs and factual programming has she done since becoming a Newsnight/ National regular?

No, Jon was with her from 2 as usual - they went to a live or a press conference (I think) at around 3:40 and at 3:58 when Emily threw to the weather, she was on her own.
