Emily presenting the Six tonight.

Huw is off tonight i think - I remember reading somewhere he was presenting some awards tonight. Perhaps Emily will do the 10 too.

Would that be the first time she's presented the bulletin since this "incident" ?

No - she presented a Friday edition of the ten a few weeks back, if I remember correctly, and has certainly presented the News at One on plenty of occasions since the 08 rebrand.

And she did the 6 and 10 a few times during 2009.

Emily doing the ten tonight as expected

I'm guessing George was meant to do the Six and Ten today, and with Huw, Sophie, George and Mishal all off presumably Emily was the next in line? Does make you wonder where Fiona and Kate are, though. And I echo prior posts about seeing Sian on the bulletins again - and Bill, for that matter.

Sophie presumably still on leave but will be back on Sunday for the remembrance programme so she may still make an appearance this week.

I see Jack Dee's new role as presenter is going well....

I think Sian has fallen way down the pecking order with regards to the Six and Ten. Shame.

Interesting to note that the BBC is soon to start broadcasting from Iran again - James Reynolds will gradually move into the role, following his current (short) stint in Washington.

Shame for James as I've enjoyed seeing him in Washington, but makes sense for the BBC to be back in Tehran. Any ideas what Jon Leyne will do next?

Also interesting to note Tim has been doing the five today and yesterday, but Chris Rogers the evening shift? Tim hasn't been on anywhere near as often since he returned from Chile!

Ah, didn't know they'd made a video out of it. The News at Bedtime originally ran on Radio 4 over last Christmas: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00pd34q

Tim has been on the 2-5 shift all this week so far, with Sophie Long, as well as doing the Five. Chris Rogers was only on the evening shift last night
