Not quite sure we can make the comparison there really. At least louise has the excuse of covering on the News at One, Breakfast, The One Show, Missing Live or whatever she's doing away from the News Channel, which means she has a purpose of not appearing on the afternoon slot. Ben just keeps on constantly doing 2-5 or 11-2 instead of "his" evening shift for what there appears to be no reason for whatsoever
