Is Huw Edwards involved in the election coverage in any way? Seems a bit odd to leave him out, considering how many presenters are being used.

Huw will be doing the Welsh coverage as he has done in recent years.

Really enjoyed the BBC World dips into the election coverage. Mishal Husain, George Alagiah and Nik Gowing all on location. Back at the newsdesk however, it was none other than - you've guessed it - Timbo!!

Tim is actually quite good on location when it's political stuff he's covering. He knows about it. He was simulcast here on World for the first 15 minutes of the last hour, then back to Karin in newsroom for the last 15 minutes.
