Nice to see that Jon Sopel has presented his first programme solo on the News at One today as Sophie isn't at Westminster like she was on Monday and Tuesday.
I'm sure I just heard Julia Somerville speaking from the studio on the 12pm TOTH, with Matthew Amroliwala at Heathrow. She seems to be preferred over Fiona Armstrong.
Also, is there any news on Zeinab Badawi presenting anytime soon? She'd be great on the 5pm News hour.

What brings you to the conclusion that Julia is preferred over Fiona? Fiona was on just as much last week. They've also got the same contracts of one week a month, no preference here.
