It was Carrie Gracie and Roger Johnson (from South Today)
It works well when they adapt the news channel shifts for Bank Holidays, seems they are going a bit more standard today though! Today so far:
06:00 - 09:00 Charlie Stayt & Julia Somerville
09:00 - 11:00 Carrie Gracie & Roger Johnson
11:00 - 14:00 Matthew Amroliwala & Sue Thearle (includes National News at 1:00pm with Matthew)
14:00 - 18:30 Sophie Long & Julian Worricker
18:30 - 18:45 Jane Hill
18:45 - 22:00 ??
22:00 - 22:15 Jane Hill
22:15 - 01:00 ??

I think I'm right in saying that Matthew came on at 11 as usual with Juliet Dunlop, not Sue Thearle. And I presume Juliet will rejoin him when the national bulletin ends, to go through until 2..?

Yes, it was definitely Juliet Dunlop when I tuned in at 11 and again just before 2.

And just to add that Julian did Film 24, while Anita and Clive started at 18:00. Nice moment where Sophie Long began to mistake BBC News Channel for 'News 24'

06:00 - 09:00 Charlie Stayt & Julia Somerville
09:00 - 11:00 Carrie Gracie & Roger Johnson
11:00 - 14:00 Matthew Amroliwala & Juliet Dunlop (includes 1:00pm national news with Matthew)
14:00 - 18:00 Sophie Long & Julian Worricker (includes Film 24 with Julian at 5:45pm)
18:00 - 22:00 Clive Myrie & Annita McVeigh (includes 6:30pm national news with Jane Hill)
22:00 - 22:15 Jane Hill

Wasn't there a prerecorded programme scheduled for 1030?
Always find it odd how this shift gets cut down so much on Bank Holidays. Wouldn't it maybe be an idea to go 9-12, 12-3, 3-6, 6-10, 10-1 on Bank Holidays to even things out more?

The Weather Show aired at 10:30am.
As for shifts - you're missing the bigger picture. Although the presenters might not have been on air between 10:30-11:00am, they are still technically on duty. Should the programme fail or important news break they have to be around!

He does that a lot...a lot a lot! I'm surprised he wasn't on during the day with it being a bank holiday but maybe he was on world.
Tim Willcox presenting on the news channel, despite being on the late shift last night

Yes, but it was still a 2 hour shift compared to the 4 hour shifts later in the day
