Apart from that one-off day back at ITN in 2005, has Julia done any other presenting in recent years? The last position I can remember her holding was as presenter in the early days of the ITN News Channel. In fact didn't she launch that channel in 2000? It's striking how quickly and easily she has slipped back into the presenter's chair. It's as if she's never had a break! Absolutely superb.

Anybody notice the sports presenter has changed?

At 2:15 he was their at the headlines, I dont recall his name. He did seem very nervous. Now we have someone called Ted presenting...

She wasn't as smooth as Julia, and as I said earlier - she looked ever so short next to Simon, but great overall. I do hope however that she isn't a replacement for Carrie - Simon and Carrie are a class pairing, would be a shame to split them up.

Is it me or does the Business presenter Dominic(?) on the news channel ever interact with his collegues on screen very well? He always seems like he is ever so slightly pi88ed off or just can't be asked.
