She did New Year at least once, and Big Cat Week. Struggling to think of anything else off the top of my head but as said, between 2008 until she had her first child she popped up all over the beeb as well. Channel 5 wanted her as well when Kaplinsky left but she stayed.
She did seem to be Kaplinsky Mk2 at that point, and seemed to be following her career, doing news as well as Breakfast, didn’t she do some non-news stuff as well?

Presumably the Six weather presenter is the same as whoever does it in the afternoon on the NC. Then for the evening they have one for the News Channel and one for network/Weather for the Week Ahead.
I don't know I could be wrong, I'm not as clued up on weather Rotas as I am news rotas.
I been watching the news channel since 6.30pm today, i am confused with the weather presenters rotas. I've seen stav, louise lear and Susan Powell.
