Not a huge amount to report on in the dying days, and I suspect Thursday it'll be the stand ins across pretty much all programmes, with the regulars either on election duty that night or hosting the Friday instead.
Simon McCoy has done more of his fair share of waiting around for something to happen over the years - whether planned before or after the election don't begrudge him this week off.

I won't be surprised if it's Chloe Tilley on Derbyshire with a standard format show of female skewed news topics and discussion.

Won't be Chloe as she is covering Emma Barnett on 5 live at the same time.
Well (re Victoria Derbyshire) it's nobody on Thursday as it's not on at all (i.e the schedules have got Newsroom Live running from 10:00am on Thursday for an extra hour unless this has been corrected since.)
At the BBC we’re saying goodbye this week to one of our finest, @RListerNews. The best of correspondents and the nicest of people, for years he has embodied all that is good about BBC News. Our newsrooms on both sides of the Atlantic will not be the same without him.
That’s sad news. I’ve always found Richard to be an excellent correspondent. And very versatile. Heaps of gravitas. (As has Mrs. Lister for that matter. A well matched broadcasting couple).

All the best, RL.
I didn't realise who 'Mrs Lister' was until I looked it up just now!
