They had discussion on the One Show the other week (when Huw was hosting). They said the only time they’d been in a studio working together was for Children in Need performances.
Have Huw and Fiona ever co-hosted anything together (in the same location)?

Fiona takes a lot of flack these days due to Question Time however I think she has been brilliant throughout this crisis. Her news report immediately after the PM announced the lockdown was exemplary and showed such empathy for what the country was going through.

Agreed. And the Ten after was ace considering they had 2 hours prep (or 1 hour in Fiona’s case)

I noticed that exact same thing and I don't understand it either. Perhaps the then other overnight presenters on Sky were dire or the current other daytime presenters on BBC are amazing? Regardless I think she's always been and still is a decent presenter.
It's odd - I remember TVF used to rave about Lukwesa when she did overnights on Sky and I never particularly understood the hype. Whereas these days the tables have turned I find her presenting quite warm and see her as a trusted newsreader whereas opinion seems to have turned on Lukwesa these days.

Surely it's a combination of both of those, but also that the overnight Sky shift will, on the whole, have largely consisted of reading links between pre-recorded packages which is clearly going to be eaiser than the mix of DTLs, in studio interviews and packages in a typical daytime hour on the NC.

When did Hugh Woozencroft leave BBC Sport to join TalkSport? Just seen him ask a question on the coronavirus briefing.

August last year I think?
