Indeed it is who was at News on Tour in Wales and I think is also coming to Liverpool

Of course. In the final few hours before the new News 24 set was unveiled in Dec '03, BBC News 24 and BBC World moved into N6, currently the national studio. They used a backdrop of the BBC World Newsroom in Stage VI at the News Centre. Previously, they had been using TC10 - the CSO backdrop (very effective looking) - before that day.

Actually, looking back, those graphics are actually extremely foul. How could I have been so stupid as to think they were nice?

You can pop down to the Matthew St. Festival at the Albert Dock between Saturday 28th August and Monday 30th August from 1000 'til 1800 .
