The BBC News website banner now sticks out like a sore thumb - it just doesn't fit with the white titles of BBC News. The white to red gradient just doesn't work.

I think something like this would be better...

Look North Leeds set's light-box wall panel things appeared to have swirly globe elements printed on them from what I could see in the headline preview.

gosh, that's not a flattering picture of Gordon....and where's the red box? Fool that I am - how am I to know that North West Today is a BBC News programme?
