What do NUJ members do on The News Quiz and The Archers?
Sorry should have been clearer - this is the morning schedule in place of the Today programme.
Doh, yes, that makes more sense

Is that not 0600-0830 so the time Today would be on, rather than 1800-2030?

While that may be, you'd still think freelance presenters like her would stay away from something like this.
If you mean she's probably contracted to present it - which wouldn't surprise me as she presents most Weds-Fridays - then you've got a different matter.
Rico Hizon working too, by the way.
If they want the money and boost their careers, I'm sure they won't mind presenting in the middle of a strike.
Wouldn't be surprised if Naga was freelance given she appeared presenting that paranormal live programme on Living last weekend.

You mean you didn't notice the way Chris crashed into the countdown halfway through a sentence lol...just bbc news dog on screen now
To be honest, with the amount of glitches I see on the BBC News Channel on a regular basis I thought it was a normal occurrence.
Hahaha, that comment made me chuckle! Soooo right
Maybe the large amount of gliches and problems the channel suffers are there to hide the fact that a strike is happening
It's as you were on the BBC News Channel so far. An unfamiliar news presenter on Radio 5 Live though.
EDIT: Oh a repeat? Very cunning. Wee bit dangerous though - should they not have a 'replay' DOG on screen if it is the case?

Yes, but you could question whether working through a strike would boost your career...
In other news the Daily Mail reporting Simon McCoy will be at work tomorrow, alongside Nicholas Witchell, Jonathan Dimbleby and Andrew Neil as they aren't with the NUJ. I'm guessing Naga will be in this category also. Interesting, though, to see the same article citing "insiders" suggesting some bulletins will be presented by "managers".

Be nice to see Nicholas Witchell presenting, haven't seen him presenting News since the 1990s!
It must always be difficult for the news channels to have a news story about them in their Headlines.

Some guy called Gavin - haven't caught his last name yet.
EDIT: Ex Meridian Tonight presenter Gavin Grey
Would it not have been better to have this guy on overnight and have Naga on just now - someone who just a bit more known!
Missed the start so I'm not sure who it is that's presenting Breakfast, but definitely not Charlie and Louise.

No regional news on Breakfast, unsurprisingly. Just an extended paper review with a guest brought in

We did not get The World Today on BBC World this morning as usual, instead we got an extra thirty minutes of Naga Munchetty with a Recorded bulletin.
Rico Hizon still at work in the Singapore bureau.
Now, we are taking BBC Breakfast on World, presented by Gavin Grey, as someone mentioned above. Sport is still with Mike Bushell, and in studio report by someone called Samantha Washington. Carol Kirkwood with weather.
Much of the content highly irrelevant to BBC World News viewers.
An announcer has just voiced-in on BBC World at the B.O.T.H. with an apology for being unable to deliver the normal news schedule. This is due to industrial action taken by NUJ.
Looking forward to seeing Mr. Witchell on World later with probably the Six and the Ten!!!
Edit: Bottom of the hour segments on World for the last three hours have been replaced by a Razia Iqbal programme where she interviews famous authors. Can't remember what the programme is called.
