Got Karen and Shannon the wrong way around, and then went on and fluffed it up more. Then after the video clip, the sound wasn't working and Huw had to apologize and move on.

indeed. although al fayed has been seen as a figure of fun at times during this inquest with some of his more outlandish theories, he is, sadly, doing what i think many fathers would if they had lost their son in at best, dubious circumstances.
