There was a cock up on last night's 10, presumably regional only, and perhaps DTT only ?
20 seconds in there was black and silence, that lasted 30 seconds, then BBC South's headline opt as normal, then back to 10-15 seconds more black and silence, then back to the programme as normal.
I assume only on BBC South and perhaps only on DTT/D-Sat ?

An amusing cock-up into the ten in Yorkshire/North Midlands. The BBC1 Yorkshire moon ident was used, but the audio came from the network, so the kites music was played over the moon ident.

No, BBC1 East as well - and on D-SAT. As you said the local headlines come in complete and right time, in the middle of otherwise dead air!

Nope, exactly the same happened here in the Midlands.
Presumably the same happened to all the regions?

I got that here with Look North (Leeds).
Just to digress for a moment (wasn't sure uif I should start a WNA thread...) but how come the headline astons etc are a few pixels higher than the N24 ticker? Is it thew same for BBC world (can't remember if they show it) or is it just on BBCA?
Thanks in advance =]

AFAIK BBC News 24's ticker is lower than BBC Worlds
