I agree it is strange she never says 'och aye the nooo' in every report...unpatriotic coooooooo.
There's no need to have that attitude. Not being from Scotland, I can't tell the subtleties of each Scottish accent. I'm sure you couldn't discern different accents from my region. To me, she doesn't seem to have an instantly recognisible Scottish accent.

I don't know really, it's quite hard to describe in words. To me (as someone from NW England) she doesn't have the typically Scottish accent. It's slightly different somehow. I'm sure it is the same for people with all sorts of accents. For instance, I can discern differences between different Scouse accents but to an outsider, they'd probably all sound alike.
