I think if Fiona Bruce moved to the 1 [which I doubt] either Mishal Hussein, Jane Hill or Dermot Murnagham (sorry about spelling ) would be a good replacement. Who do we really think will cover on the one though? It's obviously going to be Sian on the six if they keep two presenters, and Kate would obviously take over from her on Breakfast, but I feel noone's come up with a good replacement on the one...
so long as Sian gets the six i'll be happy, she does a good job and she was sidelined for Natasha a couple of years ago so i think she's earned her place and she's got a little baby at home so it must be really hard doing those early shifts. If Sian weren't to get it i'd vote Mishal.
worst presenter for me is susanna reid and sophie's baby voice goes through me too.
I'd prefer Sian to stay on Breakfast as the programme has improved vastly since she has been top female. I wouldn't mind Kate Silverton on the Six and Jane to stay on News 24.

1) If you actually click on the link in that thread which goes to this information provided on "Times Online", you'll read that many BBC people have said the idea of axing the one is ludicrous and will not happen.
2) Sophie has young children so is on the 1.
