I think archiveTV means because they quoted the BBC's commercial website. But as Hyma pointed out, for anyone with a UK IP address it will automatically redirect to the bbc.co.uk page with the same information.

I'm pretty sure that bbc.com is mentioned at times when BBC News Channel and BBC World News simulcast and Ofcom haven't kicked up a stink yet.

Oh no it's not. The reference is specifically removed from the World Ticker when the News Channel is simulcasting. And yes I understand they did complain when bbc.com was on the WBR titles and it had to be removed.

They should put bbc.co.uk at all times - on World and on on UK channels. There shouldn't be such a thing as bbc.com - we're not Americans.
