Wonder why they didn't go to World at the top of the hour rather than the awkward junction in and out of the network bulletin?

Here's the "bye to BBC One" and handover to World.

Interesting to see no headlines or introduction into Dateline London at 12:30 - the programme started directly after the adverts - no BBC News sting or anything.

Have they also been using the 'nighttime' darker backdrop this morning in N6? Looked much darker during Breakfast this morning.

Maxine! It's called BBC World News! NOT BBC WORLD!

They could of just had BBC World News from TOTH and let BBC One have their own thing, or she shouldn't of said bye before the pause.

Also it's BBC News or BBC News Channel - not the BBC's News Channel...very sloppy! Good to see Peter Dobbie though - he is a true professional.

Is it normal to show a 15 minute Click at 1:45 when the full length show was shown at 11:30?

Sport came at a weird time as well - around 1:25.

Confused

Hah! Peter was caught off guard at the TOTH just then!

No that is strange, I think the 15 minute edition is usually played in Breakfast, and sometimes at 1145 on a Saturday when breaking news prevents the longer edition being shown.

They also showed Newswatch at 11.15 then Click at 11.30 - so only 15 min of news in that hour. Does seem strange.

And who said something about Dateline - surely that's on Sundays?

Dateline London moved to Sundays a while back. Before News 24 became the News Channel.
