It's nice and symmetrical but just a little dark it needs some spot lights.

I agree. It really looked like BBC World 2000-2004 backdrop!



Think it's cause of that white pillar which was very prominent in the old World set.

The white pillar was literally behind on the old world set, the only similarity here is the gallery at the back and the computers also are where Nick Higham(is it him) it's a bit bare.

Is it because thegeek took the pic off his mobile phone? Looks nice though much better then n6

Yeah, I wouldn't read too much into the colour registration - I think my phone was trying to take an HDR picture but not doing a very good job of it.

Yeah hdr pics tend to wash out the colour a bit it still looks good and thanks for the pic.

BBC Persian was the last Graphical countdown AFAIK

Yes we've not had one since January 2003 (on the News Channel at least), when footage was first introduced:
