Anyway, something I've knocked up - a tribute to the countdowns from TV Centre (not a brilliant piece of work as it was knocked up in 10mins). I think I included all the countdown 'styles' except the World cup ones - although was done from memory.



What countdown track did you use in that video?


One that I found on a Youtube video - I think it was an unused one.



Sounds like the BBC Persian countdown track with a few of the drums taken out.

Yesterday I said the backdrop reminds us of N24's circa 2002-2003 backdrop. In a way it also looks like WN's backdrop circa 1999-2004.

I agree. It really looked like BBC World 2000-2004 backdrop!

Looks quite tight for space between the two presenters. In N6 you had the printer to separate them, but this looks a little too cosy!

I love the vivid colours in the background - the mixture of reds, greys and everything else is perfect. The picture looks very sharp as well - the picture quality will definitely be noticeable then on the News Channel.
