What an utter mess into the News at 1.

Another "here on BBC News 24". Out of interest, where is N24 coming from right now? I don't recognize it.

Edit: Ok its Worlds studio, just saw the 2shot.

Good ol' Joanna, keeping the name alive and kicking! Now if only the powers that be would do a U-turn.

I definitely prefer that World set too. At least we get for half an hour a day...

Some interesting stuff tonight during the Prince William story. Not seen them before, the full use of the new graphics. Most obvious during the interview with Max Clifford when they had a split screen with 'breaking news' swapping with 'mobile phone' and it all fitting together nicely. Good circular wipes too.

They're just a little confused where to put the 'library pictures' strap though - we've had it on top of the bottom strap on the left, on the right and top left too!

Awwww!

Good to at last see a view from behind the desk towards the cameras - and interesting to see the huge 'BBC NEWS (24?)' logo on the divide.

The lighting looks better in that first photo than it ever did on screen!

As for the second picture, I didn't know there was a massive "BBC NEWS" logo on the window behind the cameras - what's on the other side?

Crying or Very sad Poor old 24 set looking all sad and lonely. Printer is still switched on I see, can't imagine anything press releases chugging through at the moment.

Part of the newsroom is on the other side, IIRC.

It's strange that they never used a shot from the other side of that window seeing as it had the logo on it!
