According to this http://www.bbc.co.uk/ariel/17241856 Olly Foster is the only sports presenter to move to Salford. He will be joined by Katie Gornall, Katherine Downes, Damian Johnson, Andrew Lindsay and Jenny Culshaw.

Is this why Celina Hinchliffe left?

Of course. She has family commitments down in London and she wouldn't have been able to relocate to Salford. Fair enough, but she will be missed.

The line to Singapore has dropped out again, just before Babita threw to Rico at the BOTH. Luckily tonight Newsday is being hosted from London and Washington because of the "Super Tuesday", so they've gone back to Washington to carry on that coverage.

Edit: Although now we have a graphic saying:

Who was the female MP just being interviewed by Norman Smith on the news channel? I only ask because she is an utter disgrace, she was asked about the death of the 6 British soldiers and instead of answering the question or comdemning it she said something along the lines of 'the big question is, is how women are being treated in this day and age'... Absolute disgrace and should be ashamed.

A guest just answered his phone live on the air, whilst being interviewed.

Please say someone recorded it!!!!

Just saw that! Had an odd ringtone (think it was yoda) then answered and said 'I'm on the television'. Then went on to criticise the BBC's Caroline Hawley. Whole thing very bizarre.

Was he the father of a soldier?

Some very strange things happening on the News channel this afternoon, they've just played the wrong report out. Joanna having to apologise and seemed extremely flustered, to be cut off half way through and John Sopel carrying on.

Edit, John Sopel just lost his temper with an MP he was interviewing.

What on earth is going on. Not really the News channel's finest hour of broadcast. Sad Shame its been on a day with such bad news.

A few graphic problems. Breaking news graphic came up several times during quarter past headlines just then, instead of the headline straps.

Hmm, at about 16:45 Sky broke the news that a body had been found and is feared to be that of 'Gemma McCluskie' the EastEnders actress!! Also a man has been arrested. Over an hour on 10 minutes later the BBC has nothing and has not even mentioned it. Just wondered what the line of protocol is when the Beeb receive Breaking News and why they are so slow?? Confused

News values, from what I gather she's not a current cast member, indeed on checking seems she was on the soap in 2001. Would seem to be just another unfortunate death, with a criminal involvement, not uncommon these days and not reportable especially in the context of today's news agenda.

Yeah, its understandable why sky and the BBC have opted to mainly cover the tragic news of the soldiers deaths. Sad

It's on the news website, so they're clearly aware of it, therefore it must be an editorial decision not to cover it on the channel.
