BBC News Channel: Presentation

I'm presuming on-air branding will get a massive revamp with the move to Broadcasting House? I think everything looks so tired at the moment. Any news on the move to HD too? At least the bulletins should be produced in HD, surely?

I've heard for sure that World will be going HD, so presumably the rest will be too.

Please tell me someone had the last 4 minutes captured? It all just fell apart with Jon and Emily.

Hilarious partnership with Emily and Jon today. She's just been caught eating a chocolate, and they had to restart the headline sequence twice, due to her giggles.

It's Monday, the only day BBC News has personality.

Jon and Emily are a dynamite pairing. The only two amazing pairings on the channel are them and Simon & Carrie! I hope Emily gets Tuesday-Thursday as well when Louise Minchin goes to Salford with Breakfast!

And now she's "dissed the editor", according to Jon, as she announced that they needn't have gone to a press conference with Hilary Clinton, as Hilary didn't discuss quite what she was hoping for.

She said the truth, that presser was totally pointless.
