Really nice camera shot just used on the news channel (never seen it used before).

Basically the panning TOTH camera showed the the fall wall with a News of the World caption on the far left and an interviewee on the right with a nice zoom while Chris was talking to the camera and turning.

Really nice I thought (did anyone cap it?).

Didn't look like that.

The best way to describe it was that the far wall had been split - with the far left showing a news of the world caption and the far right having an O/B down-the-line guest on the screens. The TOTH camera did a wide zoom in, slowly ending up on Chris turning and talking to the guest on the screens.

Ah - now I get what you mean. Yep, N6 could definitely be utilised better in terms of camera shots and use of the Barco screens.

Different sting being used there out of the weather, instead of the 'Britain's most watched News channel' sting, we had a very short TOTH intro.

Nice to see some different stuff being used tonight.

Sadly I didn't cap it.

Hmmm...this morning's 11am countdown had the June 2006 music playing in it - anyone have any idea why?

John Terode getting a little excited tonight on the special edition of the press preview, with Anita McVeigh telling him off for saying 'B****r'. Smile

22 on the countdown clock: is it just me who thinks John Simpson is startled by the thunderclaps? Unfortunate timing with the music and pictures.

Surely the timing of that is too precise for it to be coincidental?

I think that may have been done on purpose. Either way, I actually like it. Smile
