Where is the NC broadcasting from at the moment? Is it N9? They were definitely in N6 earlier. I wonder if the BBC One bulletin at 10.20pm will come from N6?
Surely it couldn't be that the BBC have finally seen sense and realised how messy the BBC One weekend simulcasts are for the News Channel?
I've just seen a BBC News thread in the main TV Home forum section [perhaps it should be moved over to the Newsroom?], which stated that there was some sort of fault at 2130.
They are in N8 (in the corner with the screens showing lots of small screens that is used for the newsreader during World News programmes such as GMT)

Yes I've just noticed that post . . . I presumed World was continuing as normal in N8 so the NC was in N9. Presumably then World had a recorded programme in the 10pm BST hour which allowed the News Channel to continue with their own agenda and to cover the simulcast.
Annita McVeigh said before it started that they would play the item until the national news started, when it started the DOG, clock, and ticker went away.
