He just cut into World News Today on BBC World News channel.
Not sure about BBC Four though.

BBC Four have stuck with World News. Not that it matters, they are covering the same story anyway.

The One Show has now ended.

The One Show came out of a report early, thanked Lulu, handed over to Dimbleby and Gordon Brown came out of Number 10 a few seconds later.

I guess he must have been watching The One Show.

Excellent timing from the BBC, one tends to think they were tipped off on timing - it was flawless.

Eastenders to follow the special. I wonder how long the BBC will run with this?

But it is not the current programme. According to the EPG, The One Show is still on and EastEnders will not be on this evening.

It was the same on Monday night. It was quite refreshing to have a major event where the first hint the media had was the appearance of a podium rather than the usual leak
