Seems to be something along the lines of what part of yourself would you insure. The business correspondent was Babita Sharma.

So what was this "question" they were all talking about?

Didn't you watch the clip? The question was 'What would you insure?'

Jon and Emily had run a flippant article on celebrity insurance and specific parts of their bodies that the celebs had insured.

It would have seemed to have been a financially linked story which they bounced off Babita. She it seems had not been aware of the content of the earlier story and was 'caught out' by the referral.

Jon and Emily are a good act and normally bounce well off each other, regrettably this time it failed. Babita was lost for a while and this turned into frustration.

I believe Emily's reaction late in the piece wasn't getting at the other two but was trying to establish a 'serious tone' for the headlines.which on the day in question was the Monday after the Massereene barracks attack in NI. Naturally this story was the lead item in those headlines.

Presenters receive a fee if they appear in this type of programme. Cocking up can actually be quite lucrative, especially as the clips are often traded between broadcasters around the world. I remember Richard Whiteley commenting on how he'd made a lot of money out of the ferret incident.

As for Tomasz's strop, I've never really understood that one. It's one of the basic rules of TV or radio presentation - if there's any doubt as to whether you're on air or not, always assume you are.

Step away from Tomasz with your harsh words, or I may have to become violent.

He is just the *most*. To say the least.

Why? If I was a presenter, I'd be making cock-ups every day if it meant an extra few quid. Smile

Because those clips shows make money for the companies who produce them, so its only proper that the contributors get their share.

Unfortunately if you kept making mistakes worthy of an outtake show, you wouldn't be a presenter for long.
