I watched it several times last weekend when it was broadcast on World. It was a fascinating discussion.

A slight glitch with the weather just then... a blank screen followed by this slide. After a few promos were played though, it was sorted!

^^ isn't this the similar graphic the News Channel use on the promo "bbc.co.uk/news --- Updated Every Minute?"
why is it they have to use the Ident graphic on World News Channel counterpart???

can anyone record this if this will be applicable on BBC News...?

I doubt it, as News Channel will be using a live feed from Big Ben and around the rest of the UK. It will only apply to BBC Radio 'pips' on Radio 4 and the like.

Seen somthing odd. Last night, around 9:20ish last night Sophie Raworth was presenting a bulletin that was made to go out on BBC One, she even did a region handover, yet AFAIK BBC One and Two were still on their schedules? So did I see a recording or was there variations of the BBC One schedule across the regions that night?
RO
BBC One Scotland last night had the news at 9.30.

I can't see the logic in doing this at all. BBC1 Scotland may have different new year coverage to the rest of the UK, but why is it necessary to have to two different time slots for the news? Surely the scheduling on either output can be arranged in such a way to allow for a single bulletin?
