Fox News showed it last night at the end of the one their programmes, not sure why or what programme as just flicked over to it. Was the one before The Fox Report at midnight UK time.
on what programme again? the only programmes that usually show web videos are Special Report (Brit Hume), or that satirical stupidity show called Red Eye...

I quite like Red Eye... but whats that to do with BBC News? Nothing.
Presumably Red Eye showed the Time Trumpet "No News" clip they found on YouTube - though showing another broadcasters copyright clips from an entertainment show is sailing very close to the copyright wind. Just because someone has breached copyright by uploading it to YouTube doesn't give another broadcaster the rights to re-broadcast it without buying the clip from the originating broadcaster.
(Time Trumpet have done some clever split screen post production, and lifted clips from pre-transmission recordings at the beginning of "programme as broadcast" tapes I think... It's a very funny sequence)

As I said it I only put it on right at the very end of the programme but looking at the schedule I do think it was Special Report w/ Brit Hume.
Okay, this is ridiculous. I realise there are sound financial reasons for the simulcast with World much of the time, but every so often there are things they should break away from the simulcast for, and I'd think a by-election would be one of those. It's received very cursory comment all night (fair enough for WN, but not for fka N24), and now they've gone to a pre-recorded program.
