BBC News Channel: Presentation

I officially LOVE Jane Hill.

Well done girl - keep up the good work.

Sometimes they can make good use of the screens - looked very impressive during the sports news for example, but overall while the studio is quite nice for the main BBC 1 bulletins, it looks just too empty and souless for a 24 hour operation.

I always found that on a big news day the ITV News Channel lacked the same buzz as the other two channels. It'll be interesting to compare Sky News to BBC News ** the next time there's some major breaking news.

Would be nice to see them move away from the desk a bit more and make use of the extra floor space N6 has over N8.

I'm not surprised really, considering she's presented on the channel for 10 years. It must be difficult to suddenly saying something different after that long.
