Not sure where else to post this but there was a new backdrop on BBC London News in the tea time bulletin this afternoon - it shows the Millennium Bridge and Tate Modern.

It seemed to be a static daytime image so nothing to get too excited about.


BBC London were back in A.

Although when BBC London actually came from Studio A whilst they were waiting for Studio D to be fitted out, didn't they just use the newsroom backdrop?

Well, it's only a temporary measure for the weekend, presumably, so it won't be on much. Doesn't seem much point in doing anything more elaborate for a few ten minute bulletins.

Based on the bottom picture I thought it was a tilt shift version of the city. Looking closely now it looks like someone made a VR model.
