BBC News Channel Presentation - 21/03/16 onwards

I actually think that the last few weeks have been rather exciting from a TV pres viewpoint. I'm happy for more.

There have been plenty of nice bespoke title sequences for 'specials' and graphics pulled 'out of the bag' that they've probably been sitting on for months . . . BBC Millbank has been getting plenty of usage, and looks like it was well worth the investment in the new set.

I'm looking forward to what BBC, ITV ITN and Sky come up with as we get closer to the end of March. This is potentially a thrilling time for us pres geeks, whatever your political stance.

Is BBC News on BBC One delayed again with SPOTY going overtime. The updated EPG said that it will be broadcast from 10:20pm.

Yep-a 10 minute overun meaning the Late News is now at 11:10.

Problems with the name astons on the 6. A whole host of MPs were wrongly name captioned.
