I believe that it's not really an "old programme" given the content of the programme is pretty up to date, and that this programme actually debuted on BBC World News in the last 2 weeks. It's just the fact that this programme is produced by the BBC Singapore division, which unfortunately they do not have updated graphics or have enough talent to create their own graphics, so they just dig up some unused backup graphics and managed to put the TVC astons on air.
How old is this "Reinventing the 9 to 5" programme? Someone found the TVC astons down the back of the couch and are using them. Since this a tech programme why didn't they just present it as a Click special and use that branding,

Had a look on iPlayer and thought the design of the astons looked familiar (apart from being from the 2008-2013 package), so did some digging. And it turns out the programme is using the astons from World Business Report! Compare this screenshot from the 'Reinventing the 9 to 5' programme with a WBR from back in 2012...
Since then, Singapore have moved bases and manage to use the new aston design on Asia Business Report, so quite remarkable that they've dredged such a old design up here! Then again, last time I checked Reporters was still using the TVC-era graphics, and that's filmed and edited in Broadcasting House!

Victoria Derbyshire programme live from Tottenham today to discuss the problems of gang violence. Instead of the weather balcony, news summaries are carried out in studio B this time, presented by Carole Walker. Oh look at that blurry newsroom background in studio B!
