Phil Avery's on again now and he tends to drift backwards and forwards a bit more, but he was framed pretty similarly at the elbow. If Lucy Martin's position was deliberate to keep her arm out of shot I hope it was no-one's decision but hers.
Simon King was framed the same way this morning. I think they've done it so the presenter doesn't have to stretch/stoop when pointing at the South East which seemed to be a problem when the new graphics went live.
I wonder if this was why Simon presented the morning shift from Salford on Sunday? Allowing the London studios to be available for tweaking the camera setups.

Doesn't seem to have been mentioned, but for whatever reason, the evening edition of Sunday's Paper Review was just a replay of the earlier broadcast that had been recorded at 10.30pm. Martine did at least go through the papers at the time, but she just introduced a VT package of the earlier review.

New continuity menus are occasionally rolling out on the NC if anyone have noticed. From what I remember this type of menu debuted on last Sunday's morning at 10AM...
