It’s the encrypted ebu feed at 7e exchanging news feeds nothing fancy here.

Not News Channel output, but the Facebook video (odd hosting choice?) of Trump's statement earlier today on the BBC News website's Live Updates page ended with a quick glimpse of a Eurovision feed menu:
The video is here, you have to go to about 34:10 to see this and get about 15 seconds of bit-too-chirpy music.

I would guess NE means News Exchange. The # may denote something with restricted rights perhaps?

NE is News Event, the # indicates that it's not on this, the permanent News Event channel, but another.
Notice that between 1500 and 1600 there could be 3 things happening at the same time, so they can't schedule them all on this feed. Subscribers get sent details of every feed and that lets them know what frequency they are on
The codes in the second column are the EBU abbreviation for their members: DEZDF of ZDF in Germany, USCBSN is CBS.

That's some old music, sounds like a recording from the 30s or 40s! I was expecting Ceefax or elevator music, not 1940s era jazz.

I figured the source codes. What does the satellite mean because it’s marked not only on the permanent channel but the rollovers and PEN?

PEN is the name of the service - there's PNN and PEN. No idea what they stand for (maybe something in French?) but the way I remember it PNN is N ews and PEN is for E vents. The PNN is cut stories and is mainly file delivered these days but they have a linear feed too. Other agencies like AP and Reuters have gone the same route, although I think both of them have closed their linear feed that once carried cut items and gone for purely files over satellite
I've no idea what the little dish icon means, despite me working with it for years. Possibly it's a confirmed item

It's normally classical, I assume it's some Euroradio output, they carry a lot of classical and jazz music around

It's a piece of internal presentation not commonly seen by viewers. Didn't claim it was fancy, but thought it might be of interest to some here. If it's not of interest to you, you don't have to post, you know.

I find it interesting! I wish I could get it myself with my dish, if it wasn't encrypted.

Indeed, and I notice on other World News programmes such as The Briefing, they don't even tinker with the strap for websites, so we get to see bbc.com/news (although it does redirect in the UK).
Regular viewers will recall that the UK audience used to never see The Week in History at all, and Newsday's London presenter would do a quick UK headlines piece for News Channel viewers until World rejoined. Scrapping that malark in favour of a single output clearly saves money. Putting any resources into fiddling about with this segment for the UK audience would now likely be deemed a waste.
