It'll be the same bulletin that the rest of the UK sees at 10:00pm, just half an hour earlier. If local news follows the bulletin (it didn't in this case) then the presenter will end with 'and now on BBC One Scotland, it's Reporting Scotland' (or words to that effect) rather than 'the news where you are', they'll make sure abut the content is the same. Indeed last year I seem to remember someone mentioning on here that one of the Scotland-only bulletins trailed something like a tribute programme on BBC One for someone who had passed away, only for the time to be wrong as BBC One Scotland weren't showing it the same time as network!
