I believe they did but they've tinkered with the minor details a lot since it launched. For example the introduction has changed noticeably. Newsroom Live certainly hasn't got its own label now.

I love the new Sportsday strap above the BBC News Channel ticker. It fits very well with the lower thirds.

It's the wrong font and there's no slanting going on in the titles themselves.

I assumed Newsroom Live doesn't have one because it implied pre-recs are live.

But it did have one for a while. Personally I don't know what it adds to the output calling it 'Newsroom Live' as it is basically just 2 hours of standard News channel output with tinkered titles. The presentation doesn't differ, it's not like Outside Source for example. I would assume it's been given that name to give it a brand as its simulcast on BBC Two.

Flicking through the EPG I noticed that World Service radio airs Hard Talk. Are these the audio of the TV show or a separate programme with the same name like Outside Source?

It's a slightly repackaged audio of the TV show. New introductions and exits to the show are recorded to top and tail the interview recording.

Therefore does BBC Two once again pay partially towards it?

Isn't the Newsroom Live branding more for the World audience who don't otherwise get to see Studio E apart from Dateline?

World don't see Newsroom Live. It only airs on BBC News Channel and BBC2.

Last of BBC News' priorities, but the preview needs updating of what's coming up as it still shows Jane and Simon at 2pm.

The only time Newsroom Live went out on World was either the Manchester attack or Grenfell.

Newsroom Live and Derbyshire are basically brand names to disguise the fact BBC Two simulcasts the NC for three hours in daytime.
