Please think of the actual viewers. 9x the amount of viewers watch Bargain Hunt over the daily politics. General viewers aren't the same as news forum enthusiasts. You're just going to end up with millions of angry pensioners.


It's the reason why Bargain Hunt and Homes under the Hammer are the "untouchable" daytime programmes - they're just too popular to replace, even for a day or two.

I do think that all news regions should receive new sets, especially Scotland and NI
