Bits of the red sofa are on the N24 set this morning, but I haven't seen them used yet.

Two bits of the sofa are in - either side of one of ths N24 screens

And very nice it looked to. Lets hope they do decide to make Breakfast come from N24 and then we can have the sofa arranged like that.

When Brekfast comes from the N24 set, is is produced by the Breakfast team or a News 24 team?

Really, I haven't seen it, I presume this is for Breakfast?

Sorry if this is mentioned somewhere, but since when has the bit under the tower been red? Hasn't it always been orange? It makes the blue look even more out of place IMO.

...and still EARTHQUAKE doesn't fit in the box. Can someone who works in TVC pop round to the N24 gallery and tell them how to spell TSUNAMI (which would fit).

Ta!

And whilst they're at it, tell them to sort out that silly, empty red box above the location strap. Just stick the word 'EARLIER' or 'LATEST' in it if it isn't Live. Thanks.

Why was the generic BBC NEWS Dog used from 9.00 until 10.00?
I think they should start doing that for BBC World News.

There is one part on either side of the screen where the sports/main story/Nick Highams Fact File come from. The guests sat on the one with the newsroom in the background and the presenters in front of an Xmas tree. Yes, it's only for Breakfast.

Breakfast appear this morning to have lost the sofa, they're apparently sticking with the desk, wonder why?

Something I've noticed about that bloody live aston - the text is nearly always illegible or too big to fit, ie. C|ENTRAL LONDO|N. It's really annoying, particularly when you want to know where in India Lyse Doucet is, and all you see is MEETHEERASOLANUMGUPTA (made up name because I couldn't actually see it).
Also, can anyone post a rundown of shifts including Breakfa
st tomorrow please?
